Terms and Conditions (GTC)
scope
1. The following terms and conditions apply to legal transactions between the Soccer Promotional Academy, abbreviated hereSFAand the customer. Divergent general terms and conditions of the customer do not apply.
2. Registrations for training operations are only valid if the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of the SFA. By submitting the form on the website or by signing on the registration form, the customer expressly declares his consent to the terms and conditions.
registration
1. The registration for the training operation of SFA
is done via a handwritten form or the online booking form "www.soccerfoerderakademie.de"
2. The registrations are binding on the customer. By sending the invoice explains the SFA
the legal acceptance of the application.
Training / Veranstaltunsstandorte
The respective training location is individually coordinated with the customer after registration. The basic training locations available can be found on the website www.soccerfoerderakademie.de, Weather-related changes and evasion to other training locations are possible and will be announced in time. The services of SFA
arise from the subscriptions requested by the customer. A legal claim to additional services provided by our partner companies does not exist when a subscription is concluded. The SFA
reserves the right to change.
Execution of training sessions
1. The training sessions take place on the appointed date and usually last 2 hours (120 minutes).
Possible changes will be communicated in the registration confirmation.
2. The training takes place at one of the SFA

reserves the right to change dates due to serious reasons, bad weather or other relevant circumstances.
4. A cancellation at the training operation by the customer must take place at the latest on the day before, if the not short-term occurred health reasons oppose. Unused training sessions can unfortunately not be made up, even if the participant is canceled in time.
5. The training sessions take place only outside school holidays.
6. On public holidays the training will not take place.
7. In the winter months training is also carried out at the individual locations. If this is also not possible, the training will be rescheduled as soon as possible at another appointment. This appointment is the SFA

running time
The training course can be started at any time.
1. By registering for the monthly membership, the participant can take part in the training for one month each (less holidays and public holidays). The started month is calculated pro rata to each training session taking place at 1/4 of the course fee.
Cancellation / termination
The termination of the contribution payment must be made in writing to the SFA at George Manolis, Rolandstr. 9, 33615 Bielefeld or by mail to info@soccerfoerderakademie.de.

3. The SFAreserves the right to terminate a current contract at any time at the end of a month with its contractual partner.
4. If the participant moves away more than 50 kilometers in addition to the agreed training location compared to the current place of residence, the SFA

Failure of workouts

2. Cancellation of the training session by the participant or his parents must take place no later than the day before, if this is not contrary to the short-term health reasons. 3. Failure due to a low number of participants does not occur. Even if at the beginning of the training only one participant can participate in the training. If no group training can be given in this case, this participant will receive an individual lesson at no extra cost.
4. If the training location is otherwise occupied (eg by a game of the home club), the training is carried out as Athletik- / coordination unit. If this is also not possible, the training will be rescheduled as soon as possible on another day.
5. Will the training be through the SFA
canceled (eg due to illness or private reasons), the training will be made up as soon as possible on another day or at the end of the term.
payment
1. From the SFA
Course fees are due until the 3rd of each month. Late payments may result in the participant not being admitted to training.
Right of withdrawal
For subscription contracts where the value of the subscription exceeds € 200, there is a legal right of withdrawal. In this case, the customer can revoke his contract explanation within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient. However, if in the cancellation period, the offered training units were also only partially accepted, the contract is considered to have come about.

attendance
1. TheSFA
is free to cancel training sessions with fewer than three participants in good time and appoint a replacement appointment. As a rule, paragraph 3 "Training units failure" takes place.

Image and film rights
By registering with the SpeedFootball Academy, the customer agrees that sound, photo or film recordings made by the SpeedFootball Academy before, during or after the training sessions can be viewed on their own homepage "www.speedfussball-akademie.de "To publish or use for advertising purposes. If this is not desired, it requires a written notification of the parent or the participant before the publication of the images.
data protection
The personal data of the customers are collected, stored and processed for the registration, for the execution of the training sessions and for the contribution statement. The SpeedFootball Academy confirms that this information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
